Common Woolly Sunflower (Eriophyllum lanatum var. integrifolium)

The common woolly sunflower or Oregon sunshine (Eriophyllum lanatum var. integrifolium) is a widespread perennial herb native to much of western North America. Its bright yellow ray flowers tend to droop down more than those of other sunflowers, which can be helpful for identification.
