Mountain Moss Deconica (Deconica montana)

The mountain moss Deconica (Deconica montana) is a diminutive, reddish-brown mushroom with a proclivity for mossy, montane habitats. It was formerly known as Psilocybe montana and is sometimes called mountain moss Psilocybe. This species is not known to contain any hallucinogenic compounds.
