Wolf's Milk (Lycogala epidendrum)

Wolf's milk or Groening's slime (Lycogala epidendrum) is a widespread slime mold species commonly found on decaying wood. This is one of the most conspicuous and readily identifiable myxos due to its bubble gum pink color (when young and fresh) and its relatively large size of up to 1.5cm in diameter.
